At Testa Toro, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original Testa Toro packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
